Stephanie Philips is the owner of SoftLink Resources, a woman/minority-owned Stratford-based technology consulting firm with three full-time employees that she started 25 years ago. Stephanie's focus on customer service, solutions, and her clients advancement were the fundamentals to her company's success.She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh) in 1979, with a B.S. Administration & Industrial Science, more commonly called “Industrial Engineering.” Prior to college, Stephanie grew up in West Hempstead, NY (Long Island) and attended Malverne HS. She moved to Stratford in 1981 to begin her career working for Clairol as an Industrial Engineer and later as a production line supervisor. Her management career path continued upward for the next 16 years with Cadbury Schweppes, James River, and Mobile Chemical until she branched into her own business venture full time.
