As a Business Development Specialist at First Bank, I support the growth and expansion of the bank's online services and products, leveraging my skills and knowledge in e-commerce, sales, and digital marketing. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals, and I contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and effective strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. I graduated from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Cyber Security. I have also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Assistant Specialist at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where I analyzed social media statistics, planned, created, and executed marketing campaigns, and found ways to optimize marketing strategies for growth.
