Performs analysis and appropriately responds to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Provides recommendations based on market rates to maximize profitability. Effectively interacts at all levels of the company including sales, operations, contracts, billing and senior leadership.

The High Potential Program is a 21 week Professional Development Program geared towards increasing the skill set of the customer account teams.  While participating in this program I worked with subject matter experts in pricing, sales, operations, revenue services and logistics/KNX brands while developing my leadership skills to prepare me for new and challenging opportunities within Swift and the transportation industry.

• Organizes and maintains all legal filings• Legal research/document review• Draft, revise and finalize simple motions and notices• Familiar with and experience in filing documents with the State of Florida e-filing system as well as CM/ECF for the Southern District of Florida• Assist Firm Administrator with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Health Coordinator for the firm.• Manages office calendar and schedule (both personal and professional)• Plans and schedules conferences, teleconferences, depositions and travel• General office duties: scanning, faxing, mailing, taking dictation, etc…• Work directly with attorney to prepare for and attend client meetings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances• Direct staff on projects that need to be completed as well as train new employees and temporary staff• Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel and clients
