Managed design center for Fortune 500 Company. Staff of 10 within a 5000 SF showroom. Reponsible for all interior option pricing negotiations including flooring, bath and kitchen options. Met and coordinated with all vendors to ensure proper product knowledge at time of sale and flawless delivery at time of close of escrow.Responsible for bidding out all option packages. Negotiated all standard package costs in order to remain within budget. Complete responsibility of design center profitability and tracking of project sales. Managed a direct buy program so all flooring options would be negotiated by me. Then I would work directly with installers to solidify installation prices.

Design consultant for new home sales priced between $500K-1.5K. Sold all interior options from slab to finish. I designed interior tile for custom shower/tub surrounds and flooring. Reponsible for walking all homes and designing low volatge wire and electrical options.
