Pathways Academy (2006-2015) is a private, DESE approved school developed to meet the psychological, social and academic needs of children and adolescents ages 6-22.Serve special needs populations at schools on the McLean campus. Scope of responsibility:• Develop and update health care policies, forging a foundation of professionalism, consistency of care, policy-setting, and advocacy for student physical well being. • Account for psychiatric factors in a setting with a very large learning curve.• Administer medications and monitor side effects and therapeutic effect; train, delegate and supervise unlicensed staff administering medications.
