About Stephanie Reid

I have worked in the health sector for over 25 years as an experienced, credible and adaptable NHS improvement, project and performance manager with strong strategy, information analysis and change management skills. I am enthused by challenging complex projects and working with multi disciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.In my current role, I lead the design and delivery of improvement and transformation support interventions for national programmes as well as tailored individual interventions at system and organisational level including board development. Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential together with integrity and gravitas to influence and engage. I have a strong track record in delivering large-scale, complex change initiatives and programmes using co-design techniques together with expert facilitation skills, both face to face and virtual, based on complex designs and interactions to achieve the desired outcomes. Adding to my commercial experience of running a commercial operation, I am a qualified CIPFA accountant with wide experience of NHS performance management/improvement issues enabling me to combine high levels of financial literacy with improvement projects to ensure rigorous investment decisions that maximise improvements in outcomes for patients.
