My working experience at Stream all started when I joined in April 2018. Priorly, I had gone to a couple of meetings held by Stream Associates where they explained everything I needed to know to be successful in the company. This is where I started to develop my sales, communication, and multitasking skills. I communicate with customers to evaluate their needs and determine the most suitable energy plan that Stream can offer them. I also help customers with the application process. I verify that the client’s energy provider switch was successfully approved by our system. Additionally, I have been promoted to a Qualified Director position due to my hard work and dedication. This job has given me the opportunity to grow as a professional and given me an insight into the business world.
