• End-to-end bulk entry level recruitment for all Divisions of Woolworths Limited across SA• Résumé Screening• Coaching Candidates in the operation of the Success Factors (eRecruitment) system• Completing Phone Screening with Candidates• Reference Checks on potential Employees• Completing all paperwork to process the New Employee and set them up in Payroll (including generation of Letters of Offer etc.)• Viewing/validating Right to Work• Coordinating Group Assessments for Bulk Store Recruitment• Relationship building with Hiring Managers• Coaching Hiring Managers in completing Requisitions correctly• Drive own career and embrace opportunities for Personal Development
