I currently work at Shropshire Community NHS Health Trust. My duties include: Arranging appointments and sorting care and booking appointments and inputting. Administration work, Clerical work. Admin Working on computers (Lorenzo, Sema, Microsoft word, oracle & other software’s), notes fetching/filing, photo copying, sorting appointments, writing letters, and sorting out off duty and working reception. Dealing with admissions, complaints, and discharges. Patient enquiries & telephone calls. Organising the weeks work with priority at the top. Organizing & Tidying Answering the phone. Looking after patients and helping them with appointments and where they need to be in the building.
