Using OSINT and analysing large amounts of crime data to aid in the dynamic allocation of resources; reducing costs, detecting and preventing offences, culminating in the target hardening of businesses.- Monthly crime analysis packages for the client’s key crime priority areas, including statistics with year on year comparison in crime trends and intelligence developed through multiple external sources to highlight the best preventative actions.- Liaising with police to investigate offences and build intelligence to assist in target hardening the business as a whole or specific locations at high risk.- Identifying, in short timescales, risk scales for various crimes to identify the highest to lowest risk stores to assist in business wide decision making. - Creating an analytical product on excel, including assisting in the creation of a dashboard that calculates multiple features such as the highest reporting stores/areas and causes for violence to assist in redeployment of security and investment in resources for these higher risk stores. Particularly vital in the Covid-19 pandemic.- Meeting and discussing analytical trends and offender profiles with other industry leaders to encourage company communication and offender arrest rates due to increased evidential material for better police progression.

• Responsible for the analysis of the LPA priorities resulting in the recommendations for allocation of resources, including patrols and investigations to disrupt crime.• Producing and presenting key analytical documents/reports for various bodies, including the Tactical Tasking and Coordination Group.• Using past trends to predict future patterns, analysing daily crime and linking potential crime series.• Using confidential intelligence reports to add to existing crime knowledge to develop inferences about who is committing crimes.• Adhoc work – for example, an analytical report on the rising trend of Courier Frauds in the LPA to identify locations, series and victimology to prevent further crimes.• Analysing ACESO downloads and phone data, producing association charts, timelines, and creating evidential reports for court.• Analysing and having access to secure and sensitive data and treating it in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Management of Police Information and the National Intelligence Model.• Proficient in the use of iBase, Microsoft Office, I2 Analyst Notebook, ESRI ArcMap, Automatic Number Plate Recognition system, National Mobile Phone Registry system, NICHE and Prisoner Intelligence Notification Systems.
