Responsible for entering all accounting data, bill pay and issuing monthly financial statements for multiple clients. I worked closely with each of them to answer any questions regarding any financial data. Providing additional documents for bank loans, gathering all information and passing along data to their CPA for year-end taxes. I would assist other Cloud Accountants with their clients on Payroll or any other items they may need help with.

Since 2010 I have performed all accounting and human resources for three companies under one umbrella. The companies consist of a large online retailer, Oregon fly fishing guiding and a global guiding company. I am proficient in Netsuite, Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Shopify, and other applications. My responsibilities include all aspects of HR, AR, AP, monthly reconciling, year-end closing, reports, and any odd jobs. Duties included assisting with the implementation of Netsuite to ensure all necessary and accurate procedures for accounting and reporting. Training and mentoring employees where needed. I completed and submitted lengthy applications for permits required by our guide service. When the need arises, I volunteer and provide input to assist anywhere my skills can benefit the companies.
