Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placement. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plan using multiple resources such as internal databases, job fairs, college career centers, social networks and advertising. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates. Process all new hire paperwork, schedule employee health visits, complete reference checks and conduct background investigations.
