Senior Nurse Recruiter, Talent Selection
CurrentUtilizes a variety of sourcing resources including: applicant tracking system, job boards, social media, and university partners. Organize in-person as well as virtual career fairs and events. Partner with hiring managers in developing job descriptions- editing and posting all job descriptions in ATS. Interview and select new graduate and experienced nurses. Manage special projects and committees for the Talent Selection team such as Team Building activities and Knowledge Share meetings. Work closely with Compensation and Benefits in calculating pay and offering Mercy Benefits and incentives. Partner with Training & Development on specialized training for new hire Management co-workers. Train new Recruiters on the Nurse Recruitment Team. Successfully planned and organized the annual Mercy Health Careers Exploration Day for High School students interested in a career in healthcare at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
