My passion for coaching comes from the satisfaction of helping people find the tools and more importantly the space to forge their own path, and regain control of what is important to them.My clients are women who feel that in their busy lives, they have lost sight of what centres them. They might be looking to return to work; establish boundaries to free up time to spend with family; or find more time to enjoy pursuits, long put on hold; ultimately they want to regain balance and their sense of self. Sound familiar?My years at Citizens Advice taught me the importance of taking time to listen to people to encourage them to find their own solutions and motivate them to move forward. Listening is also key to seeing the bigger picture. Client issues, although usually presented as one, isolated problem, upon delving further, often transpire to be part of a greater set of circumstances, needing a solution.My experience and skills have helped mould my Coaching style: - active listening, space to reflect, and the ability to ask you the right questions so you can find your full potential and what makes you “you”.
