I have a lived experience with trans-identity realisation, and have worked to support diversity expression and acceptance of difference in its many forms within our society. My main concern is to provide a safe and caring space for the client where they feel valued and confident to share their concerns.The practice is situated in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, a short drive from the Adelaide CBD. It is a peaceful setting where sessions may be held in the ‘Wellness Garden’, or indoors with informal comfort. I also offer the mindful Japanese therapy called shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Be who you want, dress as you wish in privacy and confidentiality.I am non-judgemental and I focus on building an empathic relationship. I see my role as a guide to walk with you toward a better future, where you are acknowledged and validated in your life-journey.
