• Manage HR reporting in addition to duties of the HR Administrator:
• Partner with benefit broker and carriers to administer benefit programs
• Assist in the distribution and collection of performance reviews and salary recommendations; generate individual compensation summaries to communicate salary changes

• Enter all employee information and employment changes into ADP and communicate to Payroll
• Co-plan transition to new employee portal and added all HR content to new portal – update content weekly on portal to keep employees up-to-date on company events and information
• Manage quarterly employee recognition program
• Responsible for employee anniversary program

• Provide administrative support to the HR department in carrying out various programs and procedures:
• Provide direction and support to employees’ HR related questions
• Assist with recruiting efforts and coordinating the need of temporary employees
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Assist with organizational training and development efforts
• Maintain company organization charts, files, forms and other documents

• Responsible for generation and quality of leads provided to sales team at Dice Holdings, Inc.:
• Find and promote new lead sources
• Deploy email and direct marketing campaigns
• Update and analyze monthly reports
• Liaison between marketing analytics and Health Callings’ sales reps
• Train team members in specific lead generation process

Assist Dice Marketing Department by compiling contact information for lead
