As Business Manager at HNI Insurance, I oversee the general operations of our organization. This includes bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, staff supervision, hiring and firing, special projects, record keeping and employee training. All of these functions are performed concurrently with my duties as an Account Manager to more than 100 group clients. My specialties include HR Consulting, Medicare Consulting and Compliance.

As a Small Group Account Executive, I was the primary point of contact for over 300 small group and individual clients for medical, dental, life, short term disability and long term disability. I personally handled the renewal and enrollment of groups with 1 to 4 members. In the course of my tenure at NEEBCo I handled the day to day benefits administration for three Panera Bread franchises as well as being named the main contact for all NH Farm Bureau clients, and numerous NH Medical Society accounts. In addition, I was the Medicare and Individual products specialist within our organization often assisting large group representatives with one on one benefits explications.
