This team works together to efficiently, effectively, and professionally handle customer concerns via phone, email, and social media. Daily responsibilities will vary and may include reservations, lost and found inquiries, handling complaints, and everything in between.

Manage inbound and outbound calls with the goal of initiating first contact and establishing a positive impression of the University with potential students. Navigate several information systems to manage student information and lead flow. Personal and rapport building necessary to probe potential student’s goals and align to appropriate educational programs as liaison to Enrollment Representative. Schedule follow up appointments and confirm contact information. Consistently scored Proficient to Advance on weekly quality assurance reviews.

Inside:Provide excellent customer service both face to face and on the phone. Make, prep, package, make deliveries ready and hand out all food on the menu. Take inventory, place order, and the intake and placement of new stock/product. Open and close duties, errands, data entry and office work. Train new employees on procedures throughout the business to meet store needs. Created a volunteer team specific to store location. Marketing:Train employees for marketing events located at place such as ASU and the Phoenix Zoo. Hand out flyers and product when at the events providing excellent customer service.
