As a program director, I do all duties of a direct support professional including one-on -one personalcares with individuals, assisting individuals with mental health disabilities, passing medications, handlingfinancials, transporting clients, and all activities of daily living. I also contact all case managers, doctors,therapists, vocational rehabilitation, and any other professional contact our individuals require. As ateam supervisor, I oversee a staff of 3 program supervisors and 15-30 direct support professionals including coaching, training newemployees, making schedules, and reconciling all program related expenses with receipts in Bank ofAmerica online. I do all the office work including filing, setting up and recording all appointments,reconciling financials, inter- and outer-office communications, among other office duties. I regularly useMicrosoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Windows systems, Dayforce, Bank of America online, as well asSalesForce in my daily duties.

In this position, I handle all banking, payroll, all HR paperwork, finalizing of all deals, accounts payablesand accounts receivable, as well as shipping. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Windowscomputer systems, and Accuterm (IDS). I take care of all missed time punches in ADP, run multiplereports throughout the day, and order all supplies for the store.

While working for this company, I handled all payroll, scheduling, and inventory (counting and ordering),in addition to helping customers, cash counting, and making sure the day to day duties were taken careof. When I started this store, they were very small and wrote all inventory on pieces of notebook paper.I took it upon myself to make spreadsheets to track and count the inventory , organized the whole storeso it was efficient, and went through the staff to make sure we had the correct people hired.

I did this job while I was in school part-time. I cashiered, helping with stocking as needed, kept the frontof the store clean and organized, and greeted and directed customers. I noticed this position didn’t giveme the challenge I desired and took a position elsewhere, due to scheduling conflicts.

I did typical shift manager duties including cash counting, overseeing employees, preparing food,cleaning, and helping customers. I ended up leaving because the schedules would not work with myschool schedule.

I was hired at Pizza Hut at the Grand Ave location in Duluth as a shift manager. For this job, I alsoworked the evening shift - managing employees, working in the kitchen, taking orders (both in personand over the phone) and complaints from customers, entering their data into our computer system,cleaning duties, and delivering pizzas when needed. While working for Pizza Hut, I also worked in otherlocations when my District Manager needed assistance. I would work my shift at my store, and then goto whichever store he needed me to for a second shift (London Rd, Superior, and Two Harbors stores). Ienjoyed the different jobs and locations because it was always giving me a new challenge and differentpeople. I left Pizza Hut when they closed their Duluth, Two Harbors, and Superior stores due to thecompany being sold to a new owner. Since they've opened the new stores under the new owner, I havebeen asked to come back to manage, bar tend, or even just serve. I have worked in many of theirlocations, from 2011 through 2018.

I assisted residents of our facility with anything they needed. This varies from getting dressed andcleaned in the mornings, to bringing them to meals, helping with daily activities, and getting ready forbed. I answered call lights, clean, assisted with showers, and cared for these people like they were myfamily.

I worked with residents mainly in the care suites, or locked dementia unit. I assisted them with dailyactivities such as getting up and dressed for the day, eating, exercising, and getting ready for bed.Anything these residents needed, I was there for. I also passed medications as needed.

I started at Arrowhead in November 2014 as a Call Center Agent calling to renew free trade publications.Within two months, my supervisors were so impressed with my ability to learn quickly and efficient, Iwas promoted to Auditor/Trainer. I have now been in this position for quite some time and I am stilllearning things. My basic duties as Auditor is to listen to calls the agents make, coach the agents, trainthem on new promotions, and give them any feedback that is necessary. I am constantly working withcomputers, which includes almost all of the administrative work for the department. When calling isslow, we help other departments in the company that does rebate fulfillment. I have worked in thechecking department that opens and verifies the rebates have all the correct criteria required. I havealso worked in the keying department which is basically a data entry position. We enter the rebate andcustomer information into the computer system to complete the rebate for the customer. Whenworking in my own department or other departments, I have heard nothing but compliments on myworking abilities and work ethics.

I started in this small family owned business when Pizza Hut closed their doors in Duluth. I would comein for the evening shift and run the store. I supervised the employees, worked in the kitchen and cashregister area, and I also served customers. I handled cash transactions, counted the tills at close, shutdown the store including all cleaning duties, and took orders from customers. As manager, I also tookcustomer complaints and assisted in fixing any problems that the customer should have.
