 Laboratory management - oversaw 4 undergraduate lab assistants. Included hiring, trainings new assistants on bottle cleaning, machine operation (HPLC), methodology for soil and plant tissue digestion, and QA/QC.  Instructed two laboratory sessions of “Fundamentals of Life Sciences” per semester; included development of syllabus (within guidelines), developed and delivered weekly lecture, developed and administered weekly quizzes and two practicums, held office hours and administered all grades.
