Accountable for supporting the Secure Network Services (SNS) Portfolio Owner and Service Owners with the resolution and closure of identified risks and control issues, coordinating remediation activities across internal and external teams. Responsible for designing and monitoring policies, plans and procedures and compliance management. • Design of the Business Unit (BU) communication strategy and plan to support delivery execution and change. • Central review point for decision forum papers and presentations prepared by Line 1, GroupTech Policy and Standards, and any communications intended for distribution outside of the BU. • End to end coordination of all BU team events, including but not limited to Town Halls, training, planning workshops and off sites. Responsible for coordinating the agenda, preparing presentation materials and speaker notes and live event coordination. • Working with stakeholders to build and implement internal and external communication solutions in line with our GroupTech strategy.• Design a Change Management Framework with supporting tools and processes to standardise change execution across the BU. • Support business readiness and transition activities related to change, e.g. perform impact analysis assessments, with a focus on people, roles, process and capabilities. • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.• Design, track and monitor a single view of change to ensure transformation and change initiatives are appropriately prioritised, integrated and aligned to the BU and Divisional strategy. • Define, embed, sustain and mature the IT Governance Framework and foundational elements required for the enterprise governance of Technology.• Oversee and support the efficient operation of key Technology Decisions Forums including committees representing each of the six major Technology strategic programs (Design Authorities), and the committees representing non-strategic initiatives. • Support the currency and appropriateness of the Technology Operating Model which defines accountabilities and responsibilities for each of the GM and GM1 functional areas across Group Technology.• Drive governance across Technology Frameworks, Policies and Standards, to ensure appropriate General Manager level ownership, currency and coverage.• Deliver strategic uplift aligned to Technology objectives.
