I am a creator at heart. In fact, three of my Strengths Finder talent theme’s are Ideation, Strategic and Futuristic. Additionally, I am a connector of people and ideas. Relationships are critical to me and my organizations. Our clients are important yes, but equally important is our employees. I do believe there is a balance that has to exist in service delivery that satisfies Clients, Employees and the delivery company. Without this balance you have a wobbly 3 legged stool that isn’t going to support anything successfully. I am proud of the organizations we have built; neteffects,Inc, Xperiencelab and 1904Labs. Each company delivers unique innovative services that support our clients and employees in meeting or exceeding their goals. Helping advance the next generation of leaders is an additional passion of mine. I am active in supporting local schools and organizations develop students at all ages through LEGO learning.
