Stephanie Scurlock has responsibility for forging and maintaining relationships with corporate real estate executives and property management executives. Through these relationships, she helps provide both current and prospective owners and 3rd party management companies with superior service in maintaining and keeping their buildings pristine. Throughout her career and prior to joining BCJ Building Services, Mrs. Scurlock served in various sales, business development, fundraising, marketing and client relationship management roles, including with a publicly traded Class A Office REIT based in Atlanta known as Piedmont Office Realty Trust, where she led the National Business Development Department. Prior to her time at Piedmont, she was privileged to work at her alma mater, Furman University, in Greenville, South Carolina as a Major Gifts Development Officer. She currently serves on and was elected to serve as the CoreNet Atlanta Chapter’s President of the Board. CoreNet is an association for corporate real estate and related professionals. She has earned the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation and is currently pursuing her Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) designation through that same organization. Stephanie recently graduated from BOMA Georgia's 2nd ever CRE Masters Leadership Program, which was a 6 month Leadership Development Program for Corporate Real Estate Professionals. Stephanie currently serves as the Chair of the Industry Insight Committee and on multiple other BOMA Committees including: TOBY Judging, Community Service and Allied Member a resource Group through the BOMA Georgia organization.
