Dr. Sergent prescribes individualized exercise and recovery programs and provides guidance on exercise modification to keep you moving. In most cases, patients can continue with their desired exercise or training programs with the addition of corrective exercises and soft tissue management strategies. Dr. Sergent guides patients throughout their recovery and equips them to recognize differences in pain so they can take the proper steps next time an injury strikes.

As Assistant Athletic Director for K-8, I managed and oversaw all sport management and development of K-4 programs, scheduling, and personnel. Managing game day operations and facilities through all hosted events including Spalding University Men's and Women's Soccer, Louisville City Football Club try-outs, and the Louisville Track and Field Premier Classic, among all regularly scheduled school athletics.
