Responsible for negotiating and onboarding 200+ brand partners across all categories for distribution within the Incentive and Loyalty Channel, and managing the relationship and business strategy throughout the partnership. This includes rebranding and updating our capabilities for presenting to potential brand partners, drafting contracts and amendments, evaluating the line list and pursuing new category opportunities, creating a strategic marketing plan for each of our exclusive partners and implementing a system to measure its success, developing new brand training method for improved communication and learning experience, and developing a department manual. Special projects include research and development for global expansion, contract management, and experiential events.
