I maintained the cash vault, determined cash supply and demand, and processed incoming and outgoing shipments. I monitored and assisted in reconciling branch general ledgers on a daily basis. I investigated and resolved out-of-balance conditions on teller cashboxes and member account errors. I also performed monthly compliance audits. Additionally, I served as a point of contact on the teller line and maintained communication with the Branch Manager to address any arising issues as they occurred.

I was responsible for processing member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Additionally, I played a vital role in preparing CTR (Currency Transaction Report) and SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) worksheets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. I received and logged night drop items under dual control procedures and maintained all necessary logs in vault areas to meet regulatory requirements. I also provided valuable assistance to members, addressing a range of financial needs, including handling debit card requests, facilitating loan payoffs, and assisting with account maintenance tasks such as address changes and statement printing.
