Maintain S.O.A.P. notes and other documentation according to established guidelines. Assign chores to team, complete tasks given from Lead Therapist. Conduct new hire training on company service protocols, and shift duties. Maintain closing and request percentages. Coach new and existing team members on methods to improve their skills and the client experience.

Assist in the supervision of cashiers and customer service associates. Focus on improving the overall customer experience through interaction with customers on the selling floor. Operate POS register.
