Maximized revenues from operations of 9 business units, optimizing them by up to 40%, managing projects and coordinating activities also in Rio de Janeiro.- As Operations Manager for Nike at the Olympic Games, I was responsible for a highly complex project, with the aim of transforming a private condominium into a high-end hotel for the hospitality of its 60 largest partners (level C and board) at a global level being responsible for operational optimization and customer experience.- Led the air transport logistics operation in global events for Sony, during the 2014 World Cup, involving more than 2300 flights, as well as for Rock in Rio Las Vegas, in Las Vegas, managing the on-site operation.
