Catering Sales Manager
Current- Produce sales of individual events ranging from $700 - $75,000 in revenue; Corporate & social clientele- Supervise The Operations Department in executing the details of banquet event orders- Correspond with outside vendors to provide services for clientele - Orchestrate catering meetings in the preparation of auxiliary department involvement; i.e. Educational & Animal Programs - Oversee venue details in terms of food quality, properly sanitized and decorated, employee professionalism and customer satisfaction
