This role consisted of recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits and payroll. The other part of this experience was in the private sector at Phillips 66, handling all new hires, walking them through the preemployment processes which included background checks, drug screens, medical testing, export compliance and accommodation processes, etc. Most recently, I own and operate a small boutique candy/gift store in the downtown Bartlesville area.
