• Manage Skin Care Department in Store, assist Store Director with managerial tasks• Determine clients' needs and suggest products to meet their needs• Communicate product knowledge, consultation skills, and selling skills to Sephora staff• Assist in identifying opportunities within the store and possible solutions: contests, discontinue, urge buyers to raise particular SKU quantities, etc. • Analyze sales and demographics to ensure correct assortment for the store• Work with Vendors to boost individual Brand and Department sales
