• Download & save new bids/drawings, create an electronic folder in server & create filing folder with all appropriate labeling & RFP’s• Add new bids to Building Connected & invite subcontractors as per trade • Assist with subs of any questions they may have regarding a bid, submit an RFI (if necessary) or direct them to the correct party.• Solicit subs via phone & via email.• Fill out all bid forms pertaining to a bid• Assist with all Unifier, E-Builder bids, Fill out all bid forms/breakdowns on their site.• Collect, print & save all subcontractor bids/quotes• Attend walk-thru’ s, take notes & pictures of project space.

• Create employee folders for new hires and enter them on ADP• Keeping track of all the field employees’ expenses and overtime pay. • Keeping track of all time sheets and hours submitted by foreman from all 8-12 Job sites per week. •Enter Payroll hours through ADP for all (80+) employees in the company.•Answer all HR related questions as per Handbook• Process any garnishments (Child Support, Loans etc)•Keep Track of all employees’ rate changes, Sick, Vacation & Holidays pay• Misc admin duties for President, CEO Project Managers. • Receive and download all bids for Sprinkler, Plumbing, and Mechanical • Set reminders on calendars for President, Project Managers, CEO’s Etc. for inspections/meetings• Keep track of all Bids, trades, and due dates for the projects that we are bidding on.• Request for quotes from vendors on all equipment on the Sprinkler and Plumbing bids.• Perform Take-off on drawings such as counting fixtures, measuring pipe (No Hub & Copper), counting sprinkler heads, note all important details found in drawings or Riser.• Create breakdown of all costs and Create proposals stating the Scope of work to be done on site• Create Purchase Orders for all vendors and General Contractors.• Keeping track and updating all the work/Building permits that are submitted to the company on an excel spread sheet.• Keep track of Company’s and subcontractor’s Insurance.
