I loved working for such a professional and progressive practice! I really enjoyed using my skills and knowledge as their HR Director as I update and maintain the on/off boarding and continual training of our large and talented team. I never thought I’d have so much passion for IT! Taking a practice from old charts to paperless and making our software as slick and easy for the staff is wonderful. I love the different progressive software companies and all of their ideas. It’s not just great to learn about changes in the industry but to look at things statistically and through careful analysis, pick just the right thing for the way each practice runs and maximize their systems and make sure we follow best practices. I’ve really grown to enjoy seeing everyone happy and efficient. We have a large team and they keep me pretty busy with our IT needs at work. Working for the best, brings out the best in all of us! I started as his Business Development Manager and was the Business Manager/Practice Administrator since April of 2014. I handled all of the Human Resources responsibilities with the staff from hiring, training to payroll, and benefits. I implemented on/off boarding systems, new best practices in implementing SOPs for all three locations. I implemented new practice management software for the office and trained the staff to increase and streamline productivity. I helped direct all of the company's growth management through organization of community outreach programs, school support and education for children, as well as working closely with other professionals in the community beyond including top rated local oral surgeons and dentists. I present/educate and most importantly close upwards of 93% of our cases with my skills in sales and negotiation. I also manage the financial operations of all three locations.
