Partnered with another group leader to lead and supervise a group of 10-12 children throughout daily meals, activities, and field trips. Lead children through small group curriculum, maintain group structure, and support positive behavior, as well as developing positive mentoring relationships with students in assigned group. Ray of Hope offers this summer camp to vulnerable children facing behavioral and emotional challenges and provides adults who believe every child is worthy and capable of greatness. Ray of Hope staff members help to create an atmosphere where children are safe, respected, encouraged and valued. They emphasize acceptance, creativity, cooperation, relationship building, and skills that children can be confident in and proud of as they face life’s obstacles.

Advocate for the communication studies major at Western Washington University. Weekly participation in majors fairs and campus tours. Responsible for conducting and executing the hiring and interview processes for new ambassadors, giving department presentations along with creating framework for future ambassadors.

As a Farmers District Admin I work directly with Carl Davis and various agents in the district. I assist him with projects that benefit the office as well as other Farmers agents in this district. I research and track each agent's progress through their program weekly and monthly. Aiming to maintain a current dataset of each agents reported numbers for that given term. I manage the reception area greeting guests and answering the phone. I handle and maintain any payments made in person at the district office. I assist the District Manager in recruiting new agents and other various positions in the district office and manage the recruitment search, including phone screening.

As a barista of a 24 hour coffee stand I worked graveyard shifts, taking orders and producing various beverages. I worked with money and managed inventory within the hut.
