I am responsible for tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to project members, and make sure that project members communicate with each other to ensure the successful execution of projects. I am responsible for effectively managing Cost, Schedule and Quality through the 5 Phases of a project; Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling & Monitoring and Closeout. The major projects that I manage range from $1 Million to $30 Million dollars over multiple years. As well as, I am deeply involved in the design, scope, planning and estimated project budgeted cost of future projects ranging up to the value of $150 million dollars. - Coordinates projects from initiation to closeout;- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;- Based on provided scope and requirements, translates the project into tasks, develops the schedule and manages project resource allocation;- Assembles and coordinates project staff;- Manages project budget and resolves any financial queries which are raised, including timely communication if extra budget is needed;- Effectively manage change through approved Change Order Process;- Tracks project deliverables using appropriate project management tools;- Provides direction and support to project team;- Monitors quality assurance, on product delivery and performance;- Coordinates with the Operations Manager to track and report on the project performance, cost performance, and schedule and risk to both the project and organization;- Maintains close contact with key project members and decision makers, while monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders;- Completes project evaluations and assessment of results.- Responsible for creating Project management documentation for projects, inclusive of processes and procedures; i.e. Design Basis Memorandum, Project Governance Model, RASCI’s, Conceptual Design, Process Map with Swim Lanes, Project Charter, Risk Register, etc
