To support and assist the marketing manager with volume and revenue targets for the group businesses through the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans and the effective management of the human and financial resources available

A new business start-up. During my year with Liberty’s I feel that I have developed myself, which has been proved by my continuous growth into new roles within the company. I was engaged prior to opening to assist with the formal opening and on-going operation of this centrally located and high profile venue. Responsibilities included instigating effective reservation procedures, recruiting and training food service staff, production of rotas and payroll sheets. Due to staffing issues I was given the role of the Restaurant Manger over the busy Christmas period. During this time I became largely involved in assisting corporate and private clients with a range of events, after realising that this role was a full time position in itself, I went forward to the directors with a proposal for a new position & opportunity for myself to take on the role of Events & Marketing Co-ordinator. While in this position I have worked alongside The Refinery in creating Liberty’s Corporate & Private Hospitality Brochure, built up a large database of clients, assisted with large and prestigious events, kept the website and newsletters updated and created all aspects of social media marketing for the company.
