Responsible for making a great first and last impression for all clients that come in contact with this busy Office.To provide excellent customer service for every client that comes in contact with the Office. This includes up to 125 clients each day.Maintain and book appointments for 12 Tax ProfessionalsHigh level of confidentiality within the officeAssisted with closing daily paperwork at the end of each night. Balancing the register, closing out credit card machine, prepare deposit and take to the bank.

Responsible for planning and coordinating the details of Events throughtout the Center with each client. I work in AutoCAD to help create each Event setup, I also oversee building security, parking issues, communicate between event staff and order all the necessary audiovisual equipment to make each Event a success. I work one on one with each of my clients to ensure they have a successful Event

Responsible for planning multiple events from the sales process through the execution of the event. Responsible for rebooking each event and recruiting new business to the Center. Work closely with over 250 clients each year to coordinate the logistics of their event. This includes: menu planning/catering, room layout, audiovisual equipment, parking, security and other details.Average post event rating from my clients is 95-97% excellent, 100% of the time for the past 7 years.Develop relationships with new clients by making sales calls and promoting the Center. Responsible for booking $2.9 million dollars in revenue in 2010.Site inspections and working with clients on a proposal that is within their budget.Negotiation and preparation of legal contracts and addendumsAnswer incoming calls and qualify the lead before sending to the appropriate event planner/sales manager.Large client base that includes corporate, non-profit, and social markets.Experience in AutoCAD and industry related software
