I graduated from Bethel University in 2015 with a degree in Organizational Leadership. I have worked with The Jackson Clinic since January 2011 and have recently transitioned into a new role in Physician Recruitment. I have always enjoyed working with others and building mutually satisfying relationships; I have a deep desire to help and serve others to the best of my ability.Many of my jobs have focused on creating, organizing and streamlining processes. Compiling data to create a new or more efficient and strategic way to obtain a common goal and achieve better outcomes is a welcomed challenge. I enjoy problem-solving, analyzing data, strategic brainstorming – basically I enjoy putting those efforts into creating something new. I tend to enjoy any challenge that pushes me to and beyond what I have achieved in the past and I am constantly striving to grow my knowledge and abilities to succeed in all aspects of life.
