My role at Molnlycke has a very broad remit with responsibility for the global talent acquisition function at an operational level. Tasks include but are not limited to:Deliver the global talent acquisition roadmap to improve effectiveness; efficiency; quality and cost optimisation of global recruitment; onboarding/offboarding efforts and build Mölnlycke's employer brand. A subject matter expert for the Talent Acquisition function and a project manager for related projects.Product Owner for technology linked to Talent Acquisition, including recruiting modules; agency portals; LinkedIn and others. Maintain, review and utilise in the most effective and efficient manner, liaising with IT Service Owner and external providers to raise and resolve issues.Responsible for ensuring talent acquisition global policies; processes, systems and tools, are fit for purpose globally to secure efficiency and quality recruitment.
