I was responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with both new and existing clients for their visual communication needs, forging great relationships along the way. BDS offer bespoke visual solutions to help businesses get information to all staff in a timely manner, I managed the whole sales process from client acquisition to service implementation and after care, working with the in-house Creative team to put together WIP's and Proposals for potential clients, as well as delivering new projects and enhancing existing content to fit in with strict deadlines.

Connection Retail offer a wide variety of flooring from general household carpets and real wood flooring to artificial grass. I was employed at Connection Retail to help expand this company, as it had just started to take off, we grew from 8 staff to over 30 staff in just a matter of 3 years. My role varied throughout the journey and ended with me managing the Customer Service team continually striving to make the business stay in focus whilst growing at such a speed and excel at achieving customer expectations.

As a slight shift in my hospitality grounding, I worked for McInerney homes helping clients make their new homes more individual and essentially bespoke by looking at upgrade possibilities.Progressing from there and showing my can do attitude, I moved up the ladder within the Marketing Department to become the Marketing Manager and worked closely with PR companies and Advertising Agencies along with Smooth Radio. As the company grew there was less of a need for local Marketing so this was moved to the head office setup, I then took on the Part Exchange Managers role covering a colleagues marternity leave, which involved working with Site Managers, and subcontractors, Clients and Estate Agents all to a strict build schedule. My role developed further and as Sales Office & Options Manage I was tasked to look after the communication between our external and internal customers to ensure products and services were delivered in line with customer and business requirements liaising with the sales team, technical departments, external subcontractors and site managers to ensure important build deadlines were met and all parties were communicated including senior directors.

My earlier career was within the hotel industry so I have had a good solid start, learning in a busy fast paced environment, essentially managing the communications between internal and external customers whilst organising the front of house team and maximising sales. I have been involved setting up new computer systems tailor making them suit the hotels needs and attracting new business.I have been responsible for recruitment, training, coaching, motivation, assessing and recording my teams performances - My team at Redworth Hall was awarded the reception team of the year within the group of 16 hotels within my employment.I progressed through the ranks from starting as a receptionist to running the Front Office functions within the hotel environment .
