While getting my start in the industry, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Point Park University. In my current role, I oversee the operations and performance of the Player Services, Count Team, and Credit departments. My core competencies include hospitality, customer engagement, and account management, which I use to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty among our guests. I also manage the training, coaching, and development of staff, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
