As the Digital Marketing Manager for Chicco USA, my role is to act not only as a brand ambassador, but also to assist with the planning and execution of product launches and advertising campaigns, build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors and to manage the creation of digital brand assets. A critical part of my role includes the strategic planning and management of the Chicco digital efforts including digital media campaigns, social media activity, our presence on brand and retailer websites, and managing our own website and eCommerce shop with expertise in the Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform.

At Spencer, my job was to ensure that our clients received the best value and service on all of their projects. We stayed on the cutting edge of website trends regarding design, multimedia and social media integrations and SEO. I was diligent every day in managing my projects to ensure that they were delivered on time and within budget. We understood that in today's business world, digital media has a large impact on how customers interact with your brand. At Cimbrian, I acted as a liaison between the client and agency staff, managing and growing accounts by building and implementing integrated marketing communications programs. I focused on proactively developing strategic marketing programs and presenting recommendations to clients. A critical part of my role included constantly communicating with our clients and managing expectations throughout their projects. My focus with all of my projects is to be efficient and timely with all client project proposals, project estimates, internal and vendor time estimates, budgets and billing reports.

At Graystone Bank, I successfully implemented a new grand opening process to gain over $2 Million in deposits per branch during the first week of operation. I managed the development of all advertising and point of sale materials. I also supervised the daily responsibilities of our marketing department. Throughout my tenure I presented strategic marketing objectives to executive management and board members on a consistent basis. As a new Bank, I was able to successfully implement a focused branding initiative gaining additional publicity for the organization. I assisted in the overall strategic planning of the Bank to move the company forward with the introduction of email marketing campaigns, branding initiatives including a website redesign, marketing research, budgeting and product development.

As an assistant coach at my alma mater, I was proud to help the team in recruiting some of the best players in school history. My role consisted of coaching, scheduling, recruiting, scouting, community service and fundraising. Being a former student athlete at LVC, I was proud to continue to promote the school and the community in as many ways as I could. Our teams and players have gone on to achieve great success both on and off the court.

With CommunityBanks I worked in many capacities starting as an intern and working my way up to become the Director of Advertising. As the Director of Advertising, I coordinated the preparation of print, outdoor, radio, TV and direct mail messages. I assisted in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing projects. In addition, I supervised the daily responsibilities of two marketing staff personnel.Part of my role was to make sure that all of our grand opening, ribbon cutting, and event promotions were coordinated and well publicized. Annually, I assisted in the preparation of the strategic plan, the sales and marketing budget, the evaluation of marketing and advertising opportunities, invoice tracking and processing and the reporting of outcomes.
