Field Marketer Associate
Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:- Orchestrated field marketing programs by collaborating closely with Demand Generation - including digital marketing, marketing automation and marketing operations - and the content marketing team and campaign planning team. - Served as a marketing ambassador to the sales team, collecting their sentiments and feedback. - Worked with the sales team to convert the qualified leads into opportunities (pipeline) and closed won deals (revenue).- Utilized strong project management skills to deliver geo-focused campaigns, programs and events on time. Which included but was not limited to ensuring the shipment of the booth, marketing collateral, premiums, prizes, signage, and securing event services with external suppliers/contractors.- Planned, managed, and coordinated customer-facing small to large-scale meetings, banquets, and events for the Legal, Tax, and Corporate segments in different venues across Canada. Examples are: Cocktail Receptions, In-Firm Lunches, Tax Breakfast Demos, and more. - Acted as a Thomson Reuters Ambassador, engaging event attendees - clients, prospects and sales representatives – to get them to interact and build relationships that lead to new business. - Processed all event-driven invoices for payment and maintained event calendar and budget spreadsheets to ensure all costs were tracked and reconciled for each event.- Supported Field Marketing in pre-planning meetings to understand objectives and key deliverables. - Supported field marketing to drive opportunity generation, pipeline acceleration and bookings.- Coordinated in-booth needs including product demos, presentations, schedules (booth staff/sales), guidelines, FAQ’s and engagement.- Tracked materials including special order forms, product literature, case studies and white papers.- Liaised with Legal, Corporate and Tax segments.
