Served as the practice leader for the public relations division. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and building out the public relations team. Developed the overall strategic initiatives for generating growth and managed resources to support profitability. Managed the public relations budget and forecasted growth via Adaptive Planning Software, directed the division’s positioning within the marketplace, and determined industry involvement and sponsorships. Led pursuits, nurtured strategic subconsultant relationships and worked with the internal marketing team to develop winning business pursuits. Utilized Salesforce to track and monitor pursuits. Supported the Construction Management Area Managers by leveraging relationships and resources to win business pursuits. Served on internal red team reviews and participated in quarterly sales and management meetings. Cross-sold company services and created public relations synergies across other markets and service lines within the company.

Provided support to the Construction Management Area Managers, leveraged relationships within the A/E industry to support construction management pursuits, attended pre-bid meetings on their behalf, participated in strategy sessions, sat on red team reviews, assisted with interview preparation, and developed and tracked pursuits for all southern California Construction Managers.
