I write about illness, death, grieving, and cultural identity with humor, levity, and a sense of romantic adventure. My plays have been developed or produced at The Brick Theater, The Flea Theater, Pasadena Playhouse, Theatricum Botanicum, and WordBRIDGE, among others. I am the winner of the 2015 Israel Baran Award, the 2016 resident playwright with UMass Amherst New Play Lab, and am currently developing a feature length film with Gigantic Pictures.
