• Partner with key university representatives to manage and evaluate the Posse Program at six colleges/universities including: Bryn Mawr College, Bucknell University, Centre College, Denison University, Hamilton College, and Union College.• Oversee Scholar selection in a three-phase interview process, including outreach to Boston area schools and community-based organizations. • Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve recruiting efforts of identifying 50 students out of over 1,400 applicants; from 2017 through present, exceeded goal for selecting 50% of scholars from Boston Public and charter high schools.• Supervise eight-month long training program for Posse Scholars prior to campus integration. • Evaluate and co-facilitate workshops and retreats on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and leadership development.• Manage staff of four full-time professional trainers, one coordinator, and six part-time interviewers in the implementation of Pre-Collegiate Training, the Dynamic Assessment Process (DAP), and the Campus Program. • Hire and on-board Program Staff and support the Boston Site Director with hiring process for all other staff roles.• Track and support academic progress of 300 Posse Boston Scholars to ensure a graduation rate of 90% or higher. • Administer budget of over $300,000 for Posse Boston’s program team, travel, and operational expenses.

• Served as the liaison between six Greek-life Advisors and the National Leadership Team. • Facilitated in-person and online Regional Meetings, four times a year, for over 15 chapter presidents and executive board members.• Supervised six chapters throughout CT, MA, NH, and RI to ensure consistent brand representation.• Created Regional Calendar to promote unity and cohesiveness. • Ensured that all New England members are in compliance with their campus regulations.
