- Conduct risk-based internal audit assignments on business units.- Carry out audit assignment activities which includes evaluating & highlighting gaps in governance activities, risk assessments & internal controls.- Provide appropriate, practical & effective recommendations to close gaps.- Plan & carry out audit assignments which includes ensuring sufficient audit coverage in an effective manner to meet assignment timelines.- Draft audit findings & report, and communicating the audit findings to the relevant stakeholders.- Source & follow-up for responses with relevant stakeholders.- Track & ascertain that major concerns & recommendations raised by various parties including regulators are resolved.

- Manage & oversee operations of the team.- Review applications for debt rescheduling/ restructuring program (R&R).- Review Agensi Kaunseling & Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) cases under Matrix 2.- Analyse credit data, income documents & financial statements to determine the feasibility of approving R&R.- Evaluate customers’ records to determine sustainable payment plans based on affordability & payment consistency.- Recommend cases for management’s approval on exceptional basis.- Execute strategies to facilitate quality rehabilitation accounts through robust credit management.- Handle customers’ complaints & escalated cases (including BNM cases).- Approve maintenance of R&R & AKPK accounts.- Ensure compliance with internal policies & external regulations.- Attend to internal & external audit queries & resolve audit findings.- Identify & streamline processes to improve team’s productivity (eg system enhancement & automation).
