Developed competitive technical and commercial proposals for new Produced Water Treatment (PWT), Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU), and Fuel Gas packages from client such as direct end-users or EPCC company bidding. Performed preliminary design using Aspen HYSYS. Till date, have handled proposals up to USD 4.0 million in capital investment.

Developed competitive technical & commercial proposals for new Produced Water and Wastewater Project Packages for global clients, such as PETRONAS, Shell, Kuwait Oil Company, Petrofac UAE, Chevron, etc. Till date, have been the responsible proposal engineer for proposals up to USD 22 million in capital investments for both PWT / WWT packages. Achievement:Handled a multi-million dollar contract to design and fabricate desander packages (including sand bin) for HESS Bergading CPP Project to process 10,000 BWPD with high mercury contamination, from firm bidding to pre-award negotiations with stakeholders, and post-award handover to projects.Key Responsibilities:Performed FEED for new PWT, including equipment selections & sizing, develop P&ID, preliminary costing & skid footprint estimation, piping and fitting sizing, and material selection, based on ITB specifications. Ensures all proposed technical specifications are compliant with the industry standards (DEP, PTS, NACE, ASME, API, NORSOK, etc.) and local rules & regulations to the various countries. Being in a global team which supports sales and proposals for CETCO US, UK, Nigeria, Australia and Asia-Pac.Liaised closely with vendors and sub-vendors for sourcing and quotations, ensuring competitive cost is being presented for the clients for the required scope of work. Ensure compliance to client's Approved Vendor List (AVL) or propose better alternative suppliers trusting they comply to all specifications and requirements.Established and maintained good relationship with the clients, with excellent track record in delivery. Provide and attend technical clarification (TC), technical query (TQ), technical bid evaluation (TBE) to ensure the proposal meets project delivery schedule, with the optimum cost and without compromising safety requirements. Assist in developing Operator Training Simulator (OTS) manuals, instructor training manuals for LNG processing platforms. Part of the core team in developing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for SAIPEM / PREMIER Oil Gajah Baru Indonesia Project.Mentor for two interns in the Engineering Department, with the responsibility to develop their engineering skills.
