My role is to showcase new ways of broadcast and digital advertising in Australia while developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients alike. I aim to deliver market leading solutions while ensuring great service and results for our customers. My responsibilities include the below: - Possess a deep understanding of the media industry and it's buying models - Identify opportunities for business growth- Build and maintain effective relationships with agencies and clients directly- Understanding each client's business and tailoring our cross-platform service offering to meet their individual objectives- Preparing and persuasively presenting project proposals- Effectively delivering strategic client presentations- Meet and exceed revenue targets

Role Responsibilities:- Providing professional support and coordination as well as performing administrative project work using software tools Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel- Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns - confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email- Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns- Data entry & use of specialist software- Maintenance of effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
