The concept behind founding Le Market was to offer a temporary sales venue for local artists and designers to promote their products and services. A passion of mine has always been modern culture and discovering new brands. This is why I decided to start this platform and help introduce our community to the emerging talent of our generation. -I was essentially responsible for the entire organizational process of each event. This includes sourcing and renting out locations, signing up new participants for the events, coordinating with social media and influential members of the community (through newspapers, blogs and websites)-Built up a strong social media following from the ground up. This was both the result of, and a contributor towards the success of the events-Coordinated with third-parties in order to assure a smooth flow and success for each event-Managed and budgeted our expenses and revenues to ensure that all participating parties and locations were properly compensated-Acquired and managed the appropriate vending and alcohol permits

-Met with clients to offer services while respecting their desired budgets-Coordinate with multiple suppliers and vendors to achieve an efficient flow for the event-Scheduled itineraries in order to decorate special events (birthdays to marriages and more) for groups of 50 to 500 people-Designed floral arrangements, bouquets and corsages

-Responsible for receiving and merchandising new inventory for our department's collections-Assisted in the hiring and training of new employees in addition to ongoing coaching for the entire team-Responsible for managing the store's registers throughout the day as well as balancing them at the opening and close of the day-Visual work for the department
