Received and counted all new orders, filed orders including: new inventory, all shipped and received parts,and shipping documents required for both in and out of country packages. In charge of taking orders, answering any calls regarding parts needed, new items, helping customer in ordering proper parts needed and making sure they were aware when they needed to order parts for their warehouses to ensure that they always had their required amounts they wanted on hand at all times. Made sure we received all P.O numbers or payments for any repairs, new parts and shipping costs. Kept our customers up to date on needed repairs,time length for repair and when they would get orders or repairs back when they needed them or on deadline I set so that they could always count on everything reaching them when expected. Being on time with that was essentiel as to being the only shop in Canada to build the specialty items needed. Instructing customers on small repairs done onsite to ensure proper parts used,had easy to follow and exact instructions for repairs, able to identify issues they had so they'd know what they needed to have repaired or what was needed for that problem to save customers money on parts,repairs,and shipping costs.Helped to assist in and do repairs when busy to assure we kept on schedule, or fill slow times to assure my time was always productive.Learned job quickly and knew duties of my position. Had a little knowledge in every aspect of company and jobs at company to assist or fill in, talk to customers, answer questions when person in position was unable to for whatever reason.

Laying and tying rebar (was in charge of putting together form for mezanine ensuring done quickly, efficiently, and properly measured, set and tied so engineer was could approve further construction on it; welding, concrete finishing, ensure was level & able pass inspection to enable construction to go ahead. Tied rebar for foundation make sure foundation form was properly measured & level so could pour concrete. Worked with variouse hand and power tools.Learned how to use all safely & properly able to help or instruct others on use also. Tampered around entire foundation to ensure area was flat & level. My supervisor for most tetious jobs that required patience, and were meticulous I showed that I was the best person for these tasks to his observation of all employees and duties each performed and how they performed them timewise, properly & and assured that the tasks they did they were sure they knew what & how to do, who always double checked measurements, lines, levels,etc. or would stop to ask for help.He said that he felt that I was the best choice to do these tasks done in timely fashion, ensure production could move ahead and that he, the company we were building for were satisfied & and work would pass inspections required. I did many trades-related jobs: concrete work, carpentry, roofing, painting, driving genie/scissor lifts, plumbing pipe layout, etc.

Cut potato wedges for pails/ chicken pails w/ right amount of different pieces to replace ones used & ready for next person. Inventory of products, made order slip (2 copies of each one sent to select company & one to manager,assure have set amount all inventory product filled and that orders sent on time for date of arrival to be on time. Stocked shelves, clean store, keep certain areas clean, coffee area stocked & coffee pots full, old coffee emptied, fresh pots made each hour. Filled supplies in slush area, bakery area; day old donuts wrapped & priced,fresh batches baked each morning. Morning shift was 5am start to get store ready & duties mentioned were done by 6am open time. Make sure coffee ready, slush machine prepped & on, fresh sandwiches made, hot breakfast items cooked & in display, set ovens when done with for pizza, turn on deep fryer, gas/diesel/propane pumps prepped/turned on inside & out . Newspapers counted/shelved, day old ones counted/returned. Lottery Machine on/new lotto printouts in display/old ones discarded. Count float/new till in. Afternoon shift only needed new till float counted & smoke/lotto counts. Cashouts you had to print out till/debit/fuel slip of sales & total. Nights required to do counts/cash in's & outs, stock shelves turn off everything mentioned turned on in morning, Clean store/bathroom, set alarm & lock all doors. End of shift you count $ total in till, write down amount of each currency there, tills to be left with float rep had to start (all shift floats same, floats had set amount of each coin/ bills. As supervisor made sure duties were done/proper uniform on/being professional on shift/premises, training new employees for position, doing double shifts when a shift was not doing duties/making lots of or major mistakes
